Not able to upload an image on ai studio chat playground deployed web app using gpt-4o

Question

I am trying to deploy a chat web app using gpt-4o to describe user-inputted images in a particular manner.

I have refined the system message and added examples. I have not added any data.

This works fine on the chat playground. However, when I have deployed it to a web app, there is no option to upload images:

I have set the location to Australia East, the pricing plan at B1, and did not enable chat history.

Would someone be able to assist me in allowing image uploads in the deployed web app?

AFAIK, this option is not available in the deployed Web Apps.

I just tried and not able to see the option that you mentioned.

The Icon which you are referring to is a new chat option.

In order to modify the Web App, please check Sample WebApp and make changes accordingly.
