I deploy met the following problem

[Warning] - The package deployed to Azure for location: 'https://boteXXXX.scm.azurewebsites.net:443/api/deployments/latest?deployer=Push-Deployer&time=2024-08-05_05-12-50Z', but the app is not able to start due to error: {"id":"temp-8c3cXXXX","status":3,"status_text":"","author_email":"N/A","author":"N/A","deployer":"Push-Deployer","message":"Deploying from pushed zip file","progress":"","received_time":"2024-08-05T05:12:50.0665678Z","start_time":"2024-08-05T05:12:50.0665678Z","end_time":"2024-08-05T05:14:41.6543831Z","last_success_end_time":null,"complete":true,"active":false,"is_temp":true,"is_readonly":false,"url":"https://boteXXXXX.scm.azurewebsites.net/api/deployments/temp-8c3XXXX","log_url":"https://boteXXXXX.scm.azurewebsites.net/api/deployments/temp-8c3XXXX/log","site_name":"boteXXXXX","build_summary":{"errors":[],"warnings":[]}}.

    Jimmy Chuang 莊至勛 ,

    Apologies for the delayed response.

Based on my understanding of your issue, the warning message indicates that the package has been deployed to App Service, but the app is not able to start due to an error.
The error message shows that the deployment was from a pushed zip file and there were no errors or warnings during the build.

    • To isolate the issue, you may leverage App Service diagnostics from Azure Portal> Navigate to your App Service app in the Azure Portal.
    • --In the left navigation, click on Diagnose and solve problems - Review - “Configuration and Management and “Availability and Performance” (screenshot below)
    • Enable and review logs to fetch more details about the error: #enable-application-logging-linuxcontainer and Access log files
    • If you haven't done, as a temporary workaround, you may scale up or down your ASP and then scaling back to your original plan. This allocates new instances and a new internal load balancer to your app service, which might resolve the issue if it's related to the underlying hardware.

Refer this doc Azure Web App service deployments related issues for more details.
