AAD Connect InvalidOperationException

Hello,

We had some problems with our second azure ad connect server to set in staging mode. After several attemps we decided to uninstall aad connect with all components and try to reinstall it, to fix the problems.

We uninstalled all, except one component because it is greyed out in the programs and features. The "Microsoft Azure AD Connect synchronization services".

However when installing the aad connect from the download page of microsoft we're getting the error message: Service adsync was not found on computer.

I tried several blogs to fix this problem, however we're still issuing this error message. We would like to have some support to fix our second aad connect server so we can set it into staging mode to test some optimalizations.

    Can you re-image the server, and install it from scratch?
