Updated SharePoint library names but it wont actualize

Hello

Please i need your help on this issue.

Yesterday I was reorganizing some sharepoint sites, on changing the name of a library it did not actualise properly. The name appears as the new one on the side window but the old one at the top of the library.

Some libraries also lost all of the data for some reason. For this reason I do not want to continue my restructure until I can solve the first issue.

I have tested in my SharePoint site. If I changed the document library name, the document library name appears as the new in the navigation and the top of the library.

Please go to the site settings -> Navigation -> Tick Enable caching and click Refresh.

Clear the browser or in the incognito mode to open the site.

Thank you for your reply.

We continue with the same problem. I tried to troubleshoot as directed, but cannot find the option you suggested, there is no ‘navigation’ section in my site settings.

Should this be through the admin center or the SharePoint itself? As I do not see it in either.

First, you need to enable SharePoint Server Publishing feature in both site features and site collection features.

Then go to the site settings -> Navigation -> Tick Enable caching and click Refresh.
