Is Azure DevOps down?

Can't access Any of my organizations in DevOps! Is any one else experiencing the same issues?

It is, or was, experiencing outages across the board. Unfortunately status.dev.azure.com was fully down so there was no way to confirm. Status is up now and if you look at the status history you can see that they had an issue in Brazil and US across all DevOps services.

In the future, if you are experiencing issues, then you should first go to https://status.dev.azure.com and check there. If no outages are reported then it probably localized to you.
