Is there a way to Geofence Access to Microsoft teams for specific users?

Question

We are in the process of limiting the access of users who are hourly to respond on teams outside of their shifts. Is there a way to create a geofence in teams so that if certain people are outside of that geofence they are not able to respond?

Yes the service is named Conditonal Access and you need at least Premium P1 on your Tenant

Licenses of E3 and E5 ( Microsoft E3 and E5 contain that )
