Is there any way to disable the OneDrive or SharePoint backup Throttling ?

According to this article, there are some steps to follow for disabling the Exchange Online backup when using 3rd party software: https://www.veeam.com/kb4198

    There is no such process afaik. Best you can do is to open a support case and ask for relaxing the throttling quota, if even possible.

    Per my research, as Vasil Michev said, there is no option to temporarily disable OneDrive or SharePoint backup throttling.

    You could open a service request with Microsoft to set throttling quota at the backend.
