No access server is available to process the logon request

Question

i use Windows 10 on a AD server 2019

To install a new software on this computer, it is asking me to introduce the administrator credential.

But i can try everything, it's refused and it's writen that

No access server is available to process the logon request

I rebbot the server and the workstation, nothing change....

Hello,

Thank you for posting in Q&A forum.

Based on the information you provided, I suggest you enter local security policy in the search bar and then open it to the location shown in the figure below. Double-click to obtain all permission policies for files or other objects and then add the domain user. Or you can try to add the domain user to the local administrator group to see if this problem can be solved.
