Azure DevOps learning path - template to generate project does not work

Hello everyone.

I'm following the Azure DevOps learning path (https://learn.microsoft.com/en-gb/training/paths/evolve-your-devops-practices/), already in the second part. There are hands-on that involve creating a project in my own organization using a template, and both times I tried to do it in the first and second part, something didn't work. Whenever I do this:

I select my own organization, of course. Nothing happens even though I get a success message:

I don't have a new project either following the link nor accessing from the main page.

I have already unchecked this:

Has anyone faced the same issue? Thank you in advance.
