Hi

Cant i get form azure somehow the time when a sesion on a Azure VM whose locked ?

yes, no built in feature we need to use Monitor for the same

Azure doesn't provide a built-in way to retrieve the exact time when a session on an Azure VM was locked.

You have to enable Azure Monitor for your Azure VM.
