How to restart an expired and deleted Azure subscription

My Azure subscription expired due to my credit card being outdated. I updated the card, but it seems my data got deleted. Now, I can't even create a new subscription in the same directory. Any suggestions on how to restart my Azure subscription?

This is may be due to a past due balance
