Hello,
I submitted an identity validation for a public identity type 8 busines days ago that we need to sign a electron app and was wondering how long it would take to be completed... right now it says in progress. There was a request to provide further documents which I provided on the second business day, after that nothing has progressed.
I am aware the docs here says "identity validation request takes from 1 to 7 business days (possibly longer if we need to request more documentation from you)." but we haven't got any request or for 7 business days now.

@C.Polat Per the validation team, from the public records information the organization was founded less than 3 years ago. At this time, we are only able to onboard organizations that have year founded date more than 3 years.

Its a bit odd to have this constraint for startups. This is a huge red flag when choosing a platform. Thanks we will do without Azure in future.
@C.Polat I will add further to my comment, making it available for orgs younger than 3 years is something we are working on.
