How to uninstall Visual Studio 2013 on the control panel of my pc

I’m trying to uninstall the visual studio I downloaded a few years ago.
However, it cannot be removed. Now the ironic thing is, there are no folders related to visual studio on my pc at all.
That means there’s nothing even if I search it on pc.
However, Visual studio 2013 exists as a program that occupies 9.13GB on the control panel alone.
There is no removal option even if I press the right button of vs 2013 in the control panel. If I press the right button of it, only the “change ©” option exists.
When I click the c button, a message appears. “Please wait until the current program is completely removed and changed.” This is something that has been going on for years.
