Hi

I've received an email stating:

"Back up your data while there’s still time

You’re receiving this email because you cancelled your Azure subscription on 04 June 2024. If you have data stored in this subscription, it will be deleted on 02 September 2024. Please log in and save any important data before then."

The specific subscription it references is "Access to Azure Active Directory" and is used by my M365 dev tenant (as I understand it). I haven't cancelled anything and don't appear to be able to raise a support ticket online. What is going on?

Thanks

Mike

    Hello,

Thank you for posting in Q&A forum.

Please try to log in to the Azure portal and check the status of your subscription, especially the subscription related to Azure Active Directory. Verify if it is indeed canceled or if any errors are reflected.

If you find that the subscription is canceled, refer to the following link and follow the steps in the link to reactivate your subscription.

Reactivate a disabled Azure subscription - Microsoft Cost Management | Microsoft Learn

To reactivate your subscription, follow these steps:

    1. Log in to the Azure portal.
    2. Go to "Subscriptions" and select the canceled subscription.
    3. Select "Reactivate".

You can also create a billing support ticket to get more information about the reason for the cancellation of the subscription.

Microsoft Azure Support Ticket | Microsoft Azure

If you are unable to create a billing support ticket and are unable to activate your subscription, it is recommended that you contact Azure Technical Support directly as we cannot see your account specific information. To do this, you can click on the link Azure - Microsoft Q&A and click "ask a question" in the upper right corner to ask your question.

I hope the information above is helpful.

    Best Regards,

    Yanhong Liu
