    Check the Event Viewer on affected machines for any errors or warnings around the time of the disconnects. Look under "System" and "Application" logs, particularly for network-related errors.

    Use the built-in Windows Network Diagnostics tool to identify issues when the problem occurs.

    Ensure that the network adapter drivers are up to date on all affected devices. Sometimes, manufacturers release updates to address known issues.

    Go to Device Manager > Network Adapters > [Your Adapter] > Properties > Power Management.

    Uncheck "Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power."

    To troubleshoot this issue, please kindly try below steps:

    1.Check the network adapter and make sure it's up to date.

    2.Go to Network & Internet settings and open properties of “Ethernet”, uncheck Internet Protocol Version 6 (TCP/IPv6) option and apply.

    3.Reset the network and see if this issue persists.
