Hello. In Macbook, it is necessary to make a continuous RDP connection via Cyberark with Microsoft Remote Desktop application for Qradar. However, when I connect, even if I say full screen, 1/4 of my application screen remains hidden and I cannot use it. When I select toggle full screen from the application's window tab, it does not work either and the fit to window part is not active. I need your urgent support. Thank you.

    Hello,

In order to address this problem effectively, we should collect additional information:

    1. What is the screen resolution currently configured on the desktop?
    2. Did this issue start occurring after any recent updates or new changes were made?
    3. What is the version number of your Remote Desktop (RD) client?
    4. Is your computer managed by your organization (for example, did you log in with a company account)? Have any Group Policies or Intune policies been applied?

Also please check the relevant local group policy setting on both device:

Computer Configuration\ Administrative Templates\ WindowsComponents\ remote desktop Services

\ remote desktop Session Host\ remote Session EnvironmentImage

If the issue persists, try modifying the RDP file to specify the desktop height and width: Supported RDP properties with Remote Desktop Services | Microsoft Learn
