net localgroup administrators /add azuread\
adding a group and I have the object ID what else needs to be inputted.

Try this:
net localgroup administrators "AzureAD\GroupSID" /add
The machine where you're running this command needs to be Azure AD joined or hybrid Azure AD joined for this to work.
