Unable to Access Microsoft 365 Developer Subscription Account Due to 2FA and Lost Phone

Hello,

I am having trouble accessing my Microsoft 365 developer subscription account because I enabled two-factor authentication (2FA) and my phone was stolen. I cannot disable the 2FA without my phone, and I am unable to access my account.

Can someone please help me with the following issues?

How can I disable two-factor authentication without my phone?

Is there an alternative method to verify my identity and regain access to my account?
