free trial problem

I try to learn Azure Databrick for work. So I want to join Azure and use the free trial, but I can't use the free trial after I sign up. I don't know why. Is there any way to work it out? I don't want to sign up for a fee because I signed up for practice.

To resolve this issue, double-check whether the following items are true:

• The information that you provided for your Azure account profile (including contact email address, street address, and telephone number) is correct.
• The credit card information is correct.
• You don't already have a Microsoft account that uses the same information.
