Experiencing slow transitions when running MAUI Application on iSafe mobile (IS530.1).

Running Maui applications on both Android and iOS platforms. What I observe is that the same code base has two different experiences on different Android devices.
I have observed that the MAUI application is not running as intended in Samsung, ISafe, and Zebra devices There are frequent hiccups and slowness.
But I do not see many problems with the latest Xiaomi and Motorola smartphones.
Why does an application run worse on Android than it does on iOS?
