Currently, users may not be able to create connectors in Microsoft Teams. This is a known issue in Teams recently.
As a temporary mitigation for users of the Microsoft Teams web client, affected users can do one of the following:
1.Clear cookies from https://outlook.office.com and logout of Teams, then close their browser and login to Teams again in a new window.
2.Login to Teams in an Incognito or private browser session. Incoming Webhook connector is working as of July 31, 2024, RSS connector is working as of August 6, 2024, and we'll share the repair timelines for other connectors once they become available.
