Cross Tenant Migration

Hi,

I do have customer because Company divestitures want to move out the mailbox from parent company tenant and planning to use back M365 services. I do have reading this calling cross tenant migration and need license for this action, but customer don't have much budget about, does it have any other way to this migration without purchase the license? I do know can use export and Import PST but this take time to do, wish to fast something efficient way and lesser downtime for this, wish someone can give advice.

    Unfortunately, Microsoft does not provide any other options except purchasing a license or importing a PST file. In order to better use Exchange Online, it is recommended that you purchase a license to complete the migration.
