Hi,

We got problems with syncing files for existing workfolders data.

If i push a new file in my wo

rkfolder, everything works like expected. the file gets uploaded and gets green afterwards.

I i update a file in my workfolder which has been already uploaded, then i got the problem:

grafik

file sticks in "sync pending" state and doesnt not finished there.

no visible errors

grafik

No visable problems in this log:

grafik

But i get very repeatable logs in managementagent:

grafik

Event 9004 Your PC does not comply with your organisation's security guidelines

Event 9002 A synchronisation error was detected from the working folders. Check the partnership status, network connectivity and storage space.
Event 9001 Login information is required for the user.

But i cant find any problem for all 3 errors. network is stable, storage is enough, login information grafik

Can someone help me with that? I am really out of ideas whats wrong.

    Hi Tomas,

Thanks for your post. Please see the solutions based on the following three scenarios.

    1. Folder shows Sync pending but no file is visible

If you cannot see any file causing the Pending status, it could be that the file causing the sync error is a Hidden file.

Tip: To view Hidden files in File Explorer, go to View and check the Hidden items box on the ribbon:

If there are no Hidden files in the folder, follow these steps:

    a. Create a new folder. Note that empty folders may show Sync pending until you put a file into it.

    b. Copy all the files from the Sync pending folder to the new one.

    c. Delete the Sync pending folder.

    1. TMP files show "Sync pending"

To resolve the sync pending status on TMP files, you can do one of the following:

    a. Upload it manually to onedrive.com

    b. Rename it and give it a new extension (e.g. "Temp"). If you cannot rename it, the file is still in use. Restart your computer and try again.c. Move the file to a folder not within your OneDrive.

    d. Delete it.

    1. OneDrive toolbar icon stuck on "Sync pending"

If the OneDrive taskbar/menu bar icon shows Sync pending, you may need to Delete your Office Document Cache.
