If a computer has all revocations from here:

https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/topic/kb5025885-how-to-manage-the-windows-boot-manager-revocations-for-secure-boot-changes-associated-with-cve-2023-24932-41a975df-beb2-40c1-99a3-b3ff139f832d#bkmk_mitigation_guidelines

And you have to reinstall Windows 11 from scratch, what do you do?

Meaning the revocations are already made in bios, so you would get a secure boot warning, I guess.

Yet the new installation doesn't have any revocations.

I can't find instructions for this scenario.

    Steps to follow:

    Back up your data.

Download the Windows 11 Media Creation Tool from Microsoft's website.

Run the tool and create a bootable USB drive or ISO file.

Change the Boot order in the BIOS and restart your computer and boot from the USB drive.

    Follow the on-screen instructions.

When prompted, choose "Custom: Install Windows only (advanced)".

Delete all existing partitions and create a new one for the installation.

    Once installation complete, Activate Windows.

    Install your necessary applications.

Copy your backed-up data back to your computer.
