I have a small workshop and I need to host it in my account. However I'm not able at the moment to buy a plan, and I need to know if it's possible to host a meeting with 500 attendees

    Hi @Sara S

Microsoft Teams does have different capabilities depending on the type of plan you are using. For a free Microsoft Teams account, the meeting capacity is limited to 100 participants. To host a meeting with up to 500 attendees, you would need a Microsoft 365 subscription, specifically the Office 365 E3 or E5 plans, or another plan that includes the required Teams features.
