Grammatical error

Hi there, i am just wondering, is the description of the "ChangeEventArgs" grammatically correct? "an changed event" doesn't make much sense to me. Although this is a small insignificant issue and i could be wrong i'd thought i'd ask and maybe someone could change it :)
