When I close my Remote desktop (closing the window via the X symbol) certain applications get closed
In my case, I'm using ROBLOX on the remote desktop, when I disconnect, it closes all roblox and I need to connect again to remote desktop and open all ROBLOXs again, I can't turn off my main computer or disconnect remote desktop
IS there any way to fix it?

Your application may require a GUI session.
To avoid this, you can establish two sessions: Log into PC B from your desktop, then from PC B, access PC A. Afterward, disconnect the session on your desktop. Essentially, you need a jump PC, which is effective in most cases.
