Please have a try with the following steps:
- Open a command prompt as administrator
- Run following command to clean up previous installation cache
"%programfiles(x86)%\Microsoft Visual Studio\Installer\resources\app\layout\InstallCleanup.exe" -full - Download the Visual Studio from the Download page and try again
