Error when trying to cancel my Azure subscription

Question

I just want to cancel my Azure subscription, but I can't.

Basically, when I try to do that, I see the following error, as in the image attached. I've already paid all the bills, so I don't know how to solve it.

Before canceling, deactivate and delete all resources associated with your subscription.

Check that no resources are in use, including hidden ones.

Delete any unused resources to prevent unwanted charges.
