Pending charges

There are pending charges from this billing cycle. To detach this payment method, turn off auto-renewal and delete any active billing subscriptions. After you pay your invoice, immediately detach your payment method to avoid further charges.

    Hello firas khaled,

    Try:

    • Turn off auto-renewal: This will prevent future automatic charges.
    • Delete active billing subscriptions: Ensure you don't have any active subscriptions that could incur charges.
    • Wait for the current billing cycle to end: You'll need to pay any outstanding charges.
    • Pay your invoice: Once the billing cycle ends, pay any remaining balance.
    • Detach payment method: After paying, try to detach the payment method again.

    See: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/cost-management-billing/manage/change-credit-card#detach-payment-method-used-by-an-mca-billing-profile

You can also reach out to billing support: https://azure.microsoft.com/en-us/support/create-ticket

You can mark it 'Accept Answer' and 'Upvote' if this helped you

    Regards,

    Abiola
