Bing Image Creator Update is Detrimental

After the transition from Stable Diffusion version 2 to 3, Bing Image Creator became even more aggressive with its content filter, which I didn't even think was possible (not that it should need a content filter anyway because digital art does not necessitate censorship to begin with). If you [Microsoft] are really THAT concerned about children generating inappropriate content without any safeguards in place, then just add some sort of age verification process. "Wait..." you say. "What if the kids lie about their ages?" Then that's not your problem. You are not liable for the misuse of your services by your users. DeviantArt has a mature content filter that can be easily turned off, and they are still perfectly well-off and not in any legal trouble. There are plenty of adult websites on the internet that get thousands of visits a week, and you want to hear something interesting? They are still up and running because... they ARE not illegal or unconscionable. I know you THINK you know what's best for your users, but your users are not preschool children who need a net nanny to protect them from bare butts and feet. You are significantly degrading the quality of your idiotic AI by making it a Christian censorship playground for far left-leaning conservatives who cry about seeing unclean content; and I know you do not care. You will probably comment on this post with some BS about your "policy" or some halfhearted apology followed by a statement that "you have a sworn duty to protect our users" like you are some sort of enlightened superior who takes care of your drooling, mindless users who don't know what's right for themselves. I don't believe for even a millisecond that you care about your users, and do not tell me you do. You want to keep your wallets fat and your mansions' topiary gardens well-trimmed. This is the last straw. I am done with Bing, Microsoft, and Copilot. Microsoft is acting like its a country with its own laws, and I am done with it. You are putting a few overly-sensitive babies in charge of deciding what is and isn't appropriate for their own users, and it is tiring to deal with. I was excited for Copilot and Bing image creator when it came out, but it has become clear that is is now a piece of crap that, in ten years, generating a banana peel will trigger the censors. You took something that could have been a dream come true and ruined it for no good reason. If your other users had any sense at all, they would stop using your cruddy services as well. I am very disappointed. 😟
