I can't change the Country/region in Azure subscription payment method screen

Question

I can't change the Country/region in Azure subscription payment method screen, although I changed my user profile country to India in Microsoft Account. So, I can't add a new payment method with credit card in India. My user is ankurk.puri@gmail.com.

Could you help me here?

Azure often ties the subscription to the original country or region selected during setup. Changing the country/region for an existing subscription isn't possible. But you can create an account in the desired country/region and then contact Azure support to transfer your subscription to the new account.
