Transport rule

When an email comes from a particular sender, let's say abc@somedomain.com, I want the emails from this sender to go to the 'Focused' inbox instead of 'Other' for all my employees. Is it possible to achieve this using a transport rule? Please guide me.

However, transport rules themselves don't have direct settings for moving emails to the 'Focused' inbox as this feature is typically managed by the client application (like Outlook) rather than the server.

    For Outlook and Microsoft 365 mailboxes, the Focused Inbox feature uses machine learning to determine the importance of emails. Unfortunately, there isn't a specific transport rule or server-side configuration that can override this behavior to always place emails from a specific sender directly into the Focused Inbox.
