I cannot use Microsoft Word

I have a paid subscription for MIcorsoft Word but it wont let me use it?

Did you have installed other version of Office in your computer before?

Did you get any error when try to login the account?

How did you activate the Office with the subscription?

I suggest you try this method to remove the cached Office account identities from the registry:

Serious problems might occur if you modify the registry incorrectly. Before you modify it, please remember to back up the registry for restoration in case problems occur.

1.    Start Registry Editor. 

2.    Locate the following registry subkey: 

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Office\16.0\Common\Identity

1.    Right-click Identity, and then select Delete.
