how can I see my certification after Passing the exam ?

From the moment I signed up for Microsoft Azure Exam (AZ-900 ) I couldn't see any record of me having the exam on the certification dashboard, all the information I got such as the exam check-in and registration id is from the email sent from Pearson Vue. So I used the link sent in the email to be able to do my exam and now I finished it and they have written me at the end that I passed but when I go to the Microsoft Learn account I cannot see my certification or any record of me doing the exam.

Microsoft Certification / Exams is currently not supported in the Q&A forums.
