Azure function app went down with 503 error

Hello,

I am using Azure subscription: d8e2810e-ac8a-491c-9011-4674ece14ed0

I am trying to run an azure function app: https://az204vkfunapp.azurewebsites.net/ however it returns a 503-service unavailable. I tried restarting the function app and I am trying to publish a zip deployment but it fails. Diagnose was also performed but no luck
