Hi,
Please help, I'm having problem with accessing the EAC / ECP.
There were no problem with the login portal, but after login, it didn't direct me to the correct ECP.

After I successfully login, it didn't direct me to ECP:
And I check the IIS on every server, there was no http redirect, as you can see below:

Based on your description, my understanding is that when you access ECP's URL it directs you to OWA, this may be due to browser cache, try clearing browser cache and cookies, or start the browser in InPrivate mode and access the ECP URL.

Try to remove and recreate virtual directories for OWA and ECP. You can refer to https://theitbros.com/recreate-owa-ecp-virtual-directories-exchange-server-2016/
then adjusting authentication methods for OWA:
Set-OWAVirtualDirectory -Identity “adminsrv\OWA (Default Web Site)” -FormsAuthentication $False -BasicAuthentication $True
