Can not log into azure

I am having issues logging into my azure portal. It is asking me to confirm the last four digits of my phone number, and provides me with two of those digits. However, I do not have any such phone number registered.

When I click "I do not have any of these", it redirects me to a page but then gives me an error saying invalid URL

Please help!! Thanks!!

@Aaryaman Maheshwari , Just to confirm/clarify, kindly review if it's the right email ID that is used for Azure subscription sign-up. In any case, since you have mentioned the phone number associated is in-correct, I would request you to file a free billing/subscription ticket with our support team.

Do you recall making any change prior to this issue?

If you have other co-admins (users) on the subscription, you may request them to try logging-in. and review the account access.

Following are the possible causes for sign-in issue:
Try the steps in the document to resolve.

Your subscription has expired.

Your user account is not enabled.

You're locked out from your user account.

You tried to sign in with the wrong user name and password.

The password you tried to sign in with is temporary and expired. (This might happen if your user account is new or your password was recently reset.)

Your password has expired.

You're blocked from signing in.

If you're a federated user, single sign-on is not working.

As a side note, the 'azure-webapps' tag is not the right tag for such questions, I'll re-tag this appropriately.
