MsalServiceException request_timeout : .Net framework 4.8 code deployed in windows service

Question

Below code is in .Net framework 4.8 code and deployed windows server with windows service, but the same code is working fine console application (on server) and if we deployed in windows service we are getting below exception.

Exception Type: MsalServiceException, ErrorCode: request_timeout
Message: Request to the endpoint timed out. , A task was canceled.
