Hello,

Thank you for posting in Q&A forum.

Based on the information you provided, it is recommended that you open the control panel and locate the time and region. In the regional options, locate the position shown in the figure below and uncheck Beta: Use Unicode Utf-8 for worldwide language support to see if the wav format file can be displayed normally.

Thanks for your support! whether I check this option or not, the problem still exists! and it has no this problem when I play the same file by the StormPlayer.
