I want to redeem my Microsoft reward points to redeem Robux. It required me to input a phone number into the account. I tried to add my phone number with +20 Egypt, but it gave me the error 'We don't support that country code. Use an email instead' but my phone number exists. This error also occurred when I tried to input backup phone numbers. But for some reason, I have an account with +20 Egypt and it worked fine. I am very confused about why this is happening. Can anyone please help me? I tried looking it up online but the results weren't what I was looking for. I worked hard to get a lot of Microsoft reward points to get the Roblox gift card. Please anyone help me I am so puzzled and frustrated.

    Hello,

Thank you for posting in Q&A forum.

It sounds like you're running into a specific issue where Microsoft's system isn't accepting your country code, even though it should. This can be very frustrating, especially after working so hard to rack up points. Here are a few steps you can try to fix this:

    1. Double-check the format: Make sure the phone number you entered is in the correct format. Sometimes, small formatting issues can cause errors. Make sure there are no extra spaces or characters.
    2. Use a different browser or device: The problem may be browser related. Try using a different web browser or device to see if the error persists.
    3. Clear cache and cookies: Clear your browser's cache and cookies. If you're using the Microsoft Edge browser, go to Settings > Privacy > Clear browsing data and select Ctrl+Shift+Del.
    4. Use email verification instead: Since the error message suggests using email, try choosing email verification if it's available and you haven't considered it before.

If the above steps don't work, we recommend that you try contacting the Microsoft Reward support team, who may be able to provide more specific help and solutions. You can give them a detailed description of the issue you're having so that they can better help you resolve it.
