The account needs to be added as an external user in the tenant first. Sign out and sign in again with a different Azure Active Directory user account

Hi @renaud adam , You need to be added as an external user in the 'Societé Wallonne du Credit Social' tenant. The admin of the 'Societé Wallonne du Credit Social tenant needs to send you an invitation to join their organization as a guest user. Once you accept the invitation, you should be able to access the application in the 'Societé Wallonne du Credit Social' tenant.
