Failure while configuring task in AADConnect

Hy All
Im trying to install and sync azure AD with On-Primes (Windows 2025 AD).
The define od the users works fine.
after the install the configure of the sync tasks run into problem and failure.
Attached the trace log.
any advise will helpful.
