Will the change to Logic Apps IP addresses also affect connectors?

I recently got an email about the upcoming IP address changes to our consumption Logic Apps outgoing IP addresses; "Update firewall configurations to allow Logic Apps IP addresses by 12 November 2024".

Does this change only affect the Runtime outgoing IP addresses, or does it also affect the Connector outgoing IP addresses?

Hi @Bryan Greetings! Thank you for posting this question here.

I would like to confirm that the upcoming changes only impact the Routing outgoing IP addresses. Please note that the upcoming changes only affect the Consumption tier logic apps and not the Standard versions.

If you do not have any firewall restrictions on the Logic App, you don't have to take any action with regards to the above email you received.

Even though there is no change in the Connector outgoing IP addresses, if you have a Logic App that is restricted, please refer to the Managed Connectors outbound IP addresses to find the region where your APP is deployed, and make sure you whitelist all the IP addresses associated with the region to support calls that your logic app sends.

Here is a reference to the documentation on Firewall configuration: IP addresses and service tags that has more details on the IP configurations and limitations.

Hope this answers your questions. Please let us know if you need any additional clarifications.
