Hello,Please i need your help on this issue.

We have a call Centre in place for tomorrow. We are using Group pick-up within Teams.

Only 3 calls at a time are showing when multiple are taking place. Please help.

Hi @Iniobong Nkanga

For each user in the call group, select the type of notification that the user will see when they get an incoming call. Select Ring as notification type.

Note that mobile devices will only get notified if they're set for banner and ringtone.

Thank you for your reply.

We have 13 users added to the Call Group. For example, if 7 people are calling our hotline at the same time. We are only able to answer 3 calls from only 3 people added to the call group whereby we have 13 people added to our call group in Teams.

For the remaining other 4 calls waiting we are not able to answer them, but it keeps ringing.

Only 3 calls showed up on the windows screen.
