In a live microsoft teams event, the screen loses its organization

2020-12-04T10:13:10.867+00:00

When I start a live event in teams, the screen loses its settings, and makes it difficult to access the event controls, or search for the items to share. We have conducted team tests for a live event and participants have had the same problem with different hardware. What factors can help avoid this problem? The computer I use is an HP Elitedesk CPU based on AMD A10 9700 with 16 Gb and 1Tb Hdd, original Microsoft Windows 10, Office 365 License E3, and Microsoft Teams desktop.
