I got the Microsoft Entra ID P2 plan. I have pay as you go Azure. When I got to Entra ID, it shows the License as Microsoft Entra ID P2 but when I try to do Manage Tenants > Create, it still says Customers must own a paid license to create Microsoft Entra Workforce tenant. Does anyone know how to make this work?

    Hi @Michael Heinrich ,

A recent change now restricts tenant creation by requiring paid P1 or greater licenses. If the Entra ID P2 license is a trial license, that is not enough (even if you have a Pay-As-You-Go). Can you please confirm whether the Premium P2 license is a paid license or a trial license?

If you already have a paid P2 license, I would recommend logging out and logging in again to make sure the change has reflected in the Portal. If there is any error or greyed out area you see, please share it so I can help diagnose.
