Disable swipe up for start menu Windows 11

Using a surface pro on windows 11 pro. I want to disable the gesture on the touchscreen where it brings up the start menu. I have tried disabling EdgeUI in registry and local but it only appears to disable swipe in from left and right.

Open Control Panel.

Go to “Hardware and Sound”.

Under the “Pen and Touch” section, click on the “Touch” tab.

Here you have options to enable/disable various touch actions. Adjust these according to your preference.
