    Hi,@ViniSera

Thanks for posting your question in the Microsoft Q&A forum.

Based on your description, I'd like to confirm a few things with you:

    1. When you send emails to external domains, do all of them go into the recipient's spam folder?
    2. Does this happen whenever you send to an external domain?
    3. What does your email system look like? Hybrid deployment? Onpre mail system? exchange online?

In my experience, when this happens, the odds are that you have a problem with your email settings.

Check SPF, DKIM, and DMARC Records:

    1.SPF (Sender Policy Framework):

Ensure that your domain's DNS records include an SPF record that lists the IP addresses or hostnames authorized to send email on behalf of your domain.

    2.DKIM (DomainKeys Identified Mail):

Set up DKIM to add a digital signature to your emails. This helps verify that the emails are actually from your domain and haven’t been altered.

3.DMARC (Domain-based Message Authentication, Reporting, and Conformance):

Use DMARC to specify how receiving mail servers should handle emails that fail SPF or DKIM checks.
