Hi,@ViniSera
Thanks for posting your question in the Microsoft Q&A forum.
Based on your description, I'd like to confirm a few things with you:
- When you send emails to external domains, do all of them go into the recipient's spam folder?
- Does this happen whenever you send to an external domain?
- What does your email system look like? Hybrid deployment? Onpre mail system? exchange online?
In my experience, when this happens, the odds are that you have a problem with your email settings.
Check SPF, DKIM, and DMARC Records:
1.SPF (Sender Policy Framework):
Ensure that your domain's DNS records include an SPF record that lists the IP addresses or hostnames authorized to send email on behalf of your domain.
2.DKIM (DomainKeys Identified Mail):
Set up DKIM to add a digital signature to your emails. This helps verify that the emails are actually from your domain and haven’t been altered.
3.DMARC (Domain-based Message Authentication, Reporting, and Conformance):
Use DMARC to specify how receiving mail servers should handle emails that fail SPF or DKIM checks.
