How does the single use microsft tech support for $499 work? I have a windows server 2016 that wont load. My IT tech tried to get it to load to access some files but it keeps going to an error screen. The drive works because we can see the files when hooked up to a different computer. But since the files are encypted we need the windows server 2016 off the drive to load. Is this something microsoft can help with if we ship in the drive. What if it doesnt work, do we still get charged the $499. Please let me know. thanks
